The primary focus of this specialist hands-on role is on the running of the extrusion line including the agglomeration machine, drying system, extrusion and bagging line processes. The role reports directly to the Production Manager and liaises closely with two Production Supervisors.

This role will play a key part in building our production team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the entire production process from the beginning to end. Ultimately they will be part of a small, specialised and well-trained production team that will run the plant on a rotating shift basis.
